One of the most beautiful and abwechlungsreichsten tours in Nepal.

This trek leads to vastly varied by almost all climate zones of the world. You get to know the Nepalidörfer in Pokhara as well as the Tibetan places to Manang.

The highlight is the crossing of the La Thorung with 5416 m.

Because of road construction, we are constantly trying to find new ways off the old route. However, it must be moved again and again on the newly installed line. You can imagine here, however, no road in our mind - it's a dirt road bessserer.

In Tibetan valley behind the Annapurna you take two of Braga interesting day trips. Visit the Milarepa cave on the north face of Annapurna III and climb to 4,600 m in ice lake with stunning views up to the Annapurna.

Daily Schedule

1 - Airport Munich

Departure late at night - about 22:00 clock to Kathmandu

2 - Kathmandu

Late afternoon arrival at the airport in Kathmandu. Here you can expect your supervisor of OM MANE trekking and bring you to your hotel. You live in the Greenwich Hotel in Patan and Godavari in the hotel.

3 - Swayambunath - Kathmandu - Patan

Inspection program

At the end of the first day you are invited by our office to discuss the program with a welcome dinner in Patan.

4 - Besisahar - Bhulbhule

Very early, drive towards Pokhara. In Dhumre you leave the main road and drive to Besisahar. Here you start the trek with a 3-hour hike to Bhulbhule.

5 - Ghermu

Along through the rice fields are always on reach Ngadi Marsyangdi River and then ascend to the lunch break after Bahundanda (1,250 meters) up. Continue through rice fields to tonight Ghermu.

6 - Valley

Today we go to Jagat (1,300 m) and according to the Chamje (1,430 m) for lunch. Now down to the Marsyangdi Khola. Steep it comes to marijuana fields uphill until you reach the daily goal valley (1,700 m).

7 - Timang

Today, you can now experience a change in the population and many changes in construction and vegetation.

After Dharapani (1,860 m), trek to Danagyu (2,100 m) before you reach after a steep increase your daily goal in Timang (2,270 m). If the weather is, you can see from up here, the vast Manaslumassiv.

8 - Dhikur

A lovely trail takes you through pine forests to Chame (2,713 m). Through an impressive gorge behind Bhratang (2,850 m) and a beautiful high forest, past huge plate zones reach Dhikur (3,060 m).

9 - Ngawal

After a short walk away Pisang (3,300 m). Here the place and enough time to visit the monastery. To finish, a steep road to Ghyaru (3,670 meters) up. From Ghyaru you have an outstanding view of the opposite Annapurna. An impressive trail will take you to Ngawal.

10 - Braga

A lovely trail takes you on Julu to tonight in Braga (3,360 m). In Braga, they will find a nice hotel with very good food and German bakery. Due to a good height adjustment you stay 4 nights in Braga and take each day trips.

11 - Braga - Milarepa - Braga

A half-day excursion takes you up to Braga Milarepa cave at 4,000 meters. Here at the foot of the north face of Annapurna III, you are very close to the mighty Himalayas. In the afternoon you will visit the monastery in Braga - one of the oldest monasteries of Nepal.

12 - Braga - Ice Lake - Braga

One very interesting hike expected today. They rise from Braga to Ice Lake (4,600 m) and up. If you're lucky, you make the move yaks on pasture. The views of the Annapurna is overwhelming.

13 - Braga - Gangapurna - Braga

On the last day in Braga you take a trip to a beautiful lookout point above the glacier Gangapurna. At lunch break, you are then in Manang and have enough time in the afternoon in the capital to see in this valley.

14 - Braga - Yak Karka

After breakfast, go on now well acclimatized to Manang Gusang. After the lunch break, it's now slowly upward. On the way to La Thorung You'll spend the Yak Karka - Yakweide (4,100 m).

15 - Pedi Thorung

Today starts the long climb to Thorung-La. Always up to reach the Thorung Pedi (4,400 m). After all are well adapted to the level nor is the 1-hour ascent to High Camp (4,800 m).

16 - Thorung La - Muktinath

Very soon now begins the ascent to the pass after about 3 to 5 hours of the pass is reached 5416 m. Descent to Muktinath (3,800 m).

17 - Kagbeni

Muktinath is a famous pilgrimage site for Hindus and Buddhists. After seeing you walk on a new trekking route over to Mustang. This route is not released until the last 3 years for trekkers. In Jhong awaits the lunch break and a very interesting place with a monastery and a ruined castle. From here we continue to Kagbeni. In this city you will feel transported back to 2000 years. You are here at the entrance to Mustang.

18 - Jomosom

Through the Kali valley Kandaki hike to Jomsom. In the evening you say goodbye to your carriers and thank you with a good tip.

19 - Pokhara

Early morning flight to Pokhara in 20 minutes. After a tour of Pokhara, lying on the Phewasee in the sun.

20 - Kathmandu

Return flight to Kathmandu. The rest of the day is free.

21 - Pashupatinath - Bodnath - Bhaktapur

Inspection program

22 - Kathmandu

This day is for their own inquiries and purchases free.

23 - Kathmandu

Last minute shopping. In the evening flight back to Germany.
